TTE cannot come to check the tickets once it leaves the station as he cannot proceed to the next coach. if unreserved passenger buys general ticket and boards the coach there will be no one to stop him unless checking squad comes and fines him or RPF comes and deboard unreserved passengers. If the coach is occupied by standing travelers who will control it is my question. I have travelled in Janmabhoomi reserved GS sitting 3 times in the past 5 months but TTE has not come to check ticket even once till Vskp to RJY.
