It means the same thing: Remote Quota Waitlist and Remote Station Waitlist. Both are really the same. Don't worry about it.
If it is showing simply WL now, it means you are being processed. Check now or after half hour or post your PNR for an analysis. Upto you. But you have good chances for RAC at least being WL1, if not confirmed berth ! Good

RL = Remote Location quota = quota defined from intermediate station of the train to ending station.
RSWL = WL maintained for RS quota
RLWL = WL maintained for RL quota
