To allow the beggars inside the coach is highly objectionable . When the railways authorities have engaged some agencies to take care of the sanitation and cleanliness and other sevices in the train why the children are being allowed in the coach to sweep the floor and sometimes through them antisocials cause theft and other problems in the trains. Are the child labour act not applicable to railway platform and train services ?
I have seen several times in many of the trains so to say in almost all the trains I have trvelled
It is not the railway authorities that are indulging in child labour, but some poor people who deliberately send their children to trains for begging/cleaning.
I feel very bad for them who clean the floors and drink the thrown away tea and other products.
Authorities must take care of this.

i completely agree with u. even i spotted child sellers in passenger trains. very sad. i buy from those sellers but i don't put anything to beggar of that kind so i think it is best way to eradicate that than complaining of authorities
