1) It took 3 hours to book to & fro Bangalore(YPR) - Secunderabad(SC) and Kacheguda(KCG) - Bangalore(SBC) booking!
Indeed very pathetic. The IRCTC web site behaviour was so erratic, abnormal delays to log in, abnormal delays to enter station code; abonormal delays to show up availability; abnormal delays to show up to enter name of Passengers, payment page & payment option; etc. and then to utter frustration the message that reads: "Connection problem"!!!!

I guess it is the travesty and apathy in general that surrounds most of the governmental organizations! If I my say, with what I have seen in the last several years, admitting that there have been some progressive steps taken by many governmental organizations, there is no hope for at least next 2 - 3 generations to see things the way they should be! Last few years, particularly last few months, we all have seen the disastrous level of scams that have been making the news and how any one can expect a commitment to public service from most of the politicians in power other than taking the country for a ride!! No hope folks!!!
