Khali 3rd AC ke coaches se konsa railway ko profit mil raha hai ulta sleeper se zyada operational cost hai AC ka.
Rameshwaram Humsafar express me 1 sleeper coach hai Jo hamesha full rahta usse railway ko profit milta wahi 18 3rd AC coaches hai jisme se 50% coaches khali hote ..isse railway ko kitna nuksan horaha

Bro, if you look at the overall picture, 3A is the most profitable class for IR (see attachment of CAG certified data). HS is not popular due to many reasons-cannot be generalized for 3AC in Mail/Exp/SF trains
