While many in this country are obsessed with double decker Tamil Nadu seems to be the odd man out. It is hard to believe but true. When karunanidhi govt stopped double decker bus in 2007 nobody complained. On the other hand we can see DD in Kerala, Telangana, Mumbai, etc
