TVC division wont do any extend to NCJ/CAPE/TEN, but NCJ can trains extend to TVC.. (CBE-NCJ , extended as special express to Kollam, SMVT-NCJ express extended as special express to KCVL, TEN-TPJ extended to TVC).
NCJ, CAPE needs to be under MDU division

They aren't extending but just using the rakes for passenger services,And FYI,It was Nagercoil BJP mp who extended TPJ intercity to Trivandrum, So do some research.
There's no point in extending an already slow train to Kanyakumari,After that u guys would say that this is no use to us and blame TVC divn,Better ask for a new train via Mdu pollachi Konkan to Mumbai
