No this 160kmph making is on one edge or side of coach on the other side its 105/130kmph. Try to see all 4 edges of the same coach you will find. One end will be weight details other end speed details. As we see only one side towards of the coach we observe these kind of confusion.

LHB coaches are capable of hitting 160 kmph but considering the safety of trains & passengers they are allowed to move at 130 kmph only.The 60 kg rail sections with improved switches and joints are capable to allow trains at 160 kmph but the railway tracks in most part of country aren't safeguard against cattle and human beings. So, it may result in derailment.
