Many other sites (e.g. erail.in and etrain.info) show that the pantry car is present.
Just to clear your confusion. This train has RSA with HTE-YPR EXP, HTE-ANVT EXP. I travelled in ANVT-HTE EXP yesterday and pantry car service has been resumed in this train after a short period of withdrawal.
Yes !! Pantry Car is indeed attached. I verified it myself when I travelled on 30th Nov 2012 from Rourkela to LTT. JFYI.
