is pawan kumar bansal the new rail minister???? if so i have pity on this ministry . 4 ministers in four years. i have never seen so much changes in just one ministry
after 1984 First time a RM is hoped from North West India. Let him stay atlest till Budget so we may get some trains atleast!
absolutely right....but I dont think it is 1984, it is 1991, unless you feel that Scindia from Gwalior was not north India
I did say "North West India" - Bansi Lal was RM in 1984 for small time. The last RM from Region
Gwalior seems more in central India than North!
