Ok for Hisar Mumbai Duronto, railways doesn't use AC in it's name so okay one can play around with that.
But Nagpur Amritsar AC Express IS called AC Express on IRCTC. How the hell does someone play around with that ?? 😂

There is a difference between second language n official language. At the first place there is no 2nd official language in any state. All the executive n administrative works are carried out only in English n their official language. In that case y a are there no Urdu boards in state transport buses of Telangana/UP/Bihar/WB or any other state where Urdu is " 2nd RECOGNISED LANGUAGE" after their regional language.

Regarding ACSF/SF, maine khud poll conduct krwaya tha jisme majority ne ACSF ko ACSF krne vote kiya tha, but phir bhi kuch asar nhi hua sedly, ye gyani log ne pura train ka category change krwadiya ek coach ke wajaise 😑
