How do we get refund for a ticket when the train is cancelled???
(i) If its an e-ticket, then it must be automatically remitted to the bank account.
(ii) If the ticket is from the PRS counter, how shall the refund be processed??? Do we have to file a TDR for this???

In case of e-ticket, file online TDR and in case of paper ticket, you can get refund across the counter.
Cancellation of e-tickets in case of trains cancelled:
If the train is marked as "CANCELLED" in PRS due to breaches, floods, accidents etc. full refund is permissible in
case the ticket is cancelled within three days of the scheduled departure of the train. In case of e-tickets, such
cancellations can be done by the customer through Internet.

Cancel of ticket of a cancelled train is simple in eticket just login to the a/c and click on cancel you will get the refund
