So basically, I posted in this blog /blog/post/5671625 about the plan for making trains for the year 2023-2024, and normal 3AC wasn't included. But now I came across the coach outturn of ICF in FY 23-24, and normal 3AC was allotted. So my question is, does that mean they changed their minds and are making normal 3AC now, or did they just make some before and are using them now? If they changed their minds, then it's a good decision 👍.

मैंने इस ब्लॉग /blog/post/5671625 में एफवाई 23-24 कार्यक्रम पोस्ट किया था जिसमें सामान्य 3AC को छोड़ दिया गया था।
लेकिन अब आईसीएफ की कोच आउटर्न जिसमें वे सामान्य 3AC को भी आवंटित कर चुके हैं, मुझे मिल गया है। क्या इसका अर्थ है कि इन्हें उत्पादन बंद करने का निर्णय वापस ले लिया गया है या यह बस अंतिम वित्तीय वर्ष में उत्पादित किए गए थे और अब आवंटित किए गए हैं।
अगर यह वापस लिया गया है तो यह एक अच्छा फैसला है। 👍
