NLR/OGL to SC quota - CC 60, EC 4 which is par low..

where as GNT/NLDA to SC quota - CC 96, EC - 8..

Could have given more seats to NLR/OGL quota...
more...
as there is no other train to SC which runs during Evening/Morning hours and demand is very high..

From NLR/OGL to SC, Already for first run, CC shows WL7, EC WL1
