Hello Guys, please consider flagging this proposed Jan Shatabdi Express between Patna and Tatanagar. This train can actually be considered a practical possibility using the now idle ICF rakes of 12023/12024.
Please criticize the train wherever possible, it will only end up making the train better.
This train preceeds 12365 by 20-30 mins, and on the return maintains the same but the order flipped in.

Piyush, whenever I travel to TATA now, it is by road. Much more easier and hassle free. Been a while since I travelled by train to TATA that too from ASN.

As Janshatabdi, halts should be limited to GAYA, KQR, DHN, PEH(should be experimented first) and PRR between PNBE and TATA.
Due to haywire controlling by CKP divison, people now prefer buses till Chandil thereafter continuing by train. Earlier it used to be Kandra instead for it's proximity.
Alternately, road travel via Barabazar has been quite popular recently.

It would be better if none of these are kept. For a Jan Shatabdi, these halts may slow it down.
Yes, Jamshedpur is not quite well connected to areas of Sindri and Dhanbad-Dumka by trains. Road transport is a better one. Yesterday my father came from Dhanbad to Tata by bus (he took a train from Howrah to Dhanbad due to protests on tracks on KGP TATA route) and it took only 4 hours smooth ride.
