Split Dhanbad division into two. Transfer Pradhankunta-Bandhua to ER and merge it with Asansol Division. Honestly what is the need of two divisional headquarters within 60 Kms. Create two new divisions, BRKA-CPU as BRKA Division and put in SER. Give away CPU-SGRL to WCR. I know this is unfair for ECR, but honestly ECR itself has been unfair to Dhanbad Division as a whole.

1. Better quotas in the Kolkata bound trains and more trains can be expected from Dhanbad. More local trains to and from ASN/BWN which is much needed.
2. Much better link ups and connectivity to SER stations like KGP,ADRA,BQA,PRR
3. Much more trains and better link up for trains from Ranchi for the stations lying in CIC section.
4. Better connectivity to Madhya Pradesh from Singrauli side
