Reduce katihar halt time to 5 minutes, you can change locos at GHY, and increase badarpur halt time to 10 mins

It's not feasible . It will be flop humsafar because it is consuming lot of time you can re route via bilaspur , rourkela, Asansol route.
New-Katni Singrauli section has only handful of its trains running so at least one special train could be given to it.
