I was booked my ticket in 3AC But when chart prepared then my ticket confirm in 3AC Economy class.

It is happening in some trains. You had option of claiming full refund if you did not like 3E option. But if you are already traveling, IRCTC will return 3A-3E fare difference to your original payment source (bank account, card, etc)
