What is the rate of success if 8 car VB intorduced between NS-TPTY-NS , with stops at BVRT, GDV, BZA, TEL, GDR, TPTY

I don't think filling 500 seats is big question as the belt from BVRT to BZA can easily fill that. Pinakini story is different, it towards MAS. No one take Pinkani to go to TPTY. Passenger foot fall to TPTY from costal districts very much higher than to MAS. COA TPTY may not come as VSKP-TPTY is already in the pipe line.
As VSKP-TPTY is already in the pipe line, COA-TPTY may not be feasible. If VSKP-TPTY is introduced, that VB would have SLO stop to cater COA passengers.
I very well knew that Pinakini is to Chennai and people don't board to go to Tirupati I asked to study the occupancy pattern for a 3ACC coaches to ascertain demand . Out of 232 seats for today train only 100 seats are to Chennai while 30 or so hot down in middle. It has a avbl of 98 between Vja and Tenali and seatscare filled at intermediate stations Tenali 40 and 58 are carried forward to be 8 by reaching Nellore. We don't how many of them will be to Chennai. You have studied the occupancy pattern of SC VB where there are 200 travellers everyday as per its quota. So to Tirupati Vja can give a max of 200 per day and rest 300 should come from Nsp by stopping at Palakollu, BVRM GDV Tenali and of these only BVRM can give 50-100 and rest all cannot fill...
