2330 at night will there be transport to Tirumala? They start at 330 in morning what will pilgrims do for those 4 hrs with children and family wait at bus stand.? Just have some sense when you say you have opposition to vizag you act as a sole champion of vizag with your posts centering your interests and fantasy for VB think about common public who spend rs 1800 for journey just to get at inconvenient hour. I have already suggested in another post to be morning dep from Vskp.
