How can be a Division this bad in controlling? They are always unable to follow the bullock cart avg timetable they make for their trains despite having a lot of slack before most of the stations.
Doesn't they know that delaying 13234 Rajgriha Intercity exp in DNR - HRT will eventually lead to delaying 12391 Shramjeevi exp as 12391 waits for crossing at HRT ! This happens on most of the days.

Why r u crying for such a mere delay ? Trains in SECR , WCR runs 3-4 hrs delay on average . Delaying a passenger train is no more a matter of concern for Railway authorities except Vande Bharat .

Look at the avg of 13234... A mere 28 kmph.
Even that can't be followed by ECR.
And yes... VB and freights are the sole priorities of IR now.
