It's too early to decide occupancy trends it should run for 4 months in which 2 peak months and 2 offs seasons months from June 15 to Aug 15 before deciding to increase capacity. First the coaches should be increased to 12 and then to 16.
You cannot simply waste the potential revenue generation of peak season in fear of lean one.
If there is consistent demand then of course they should be increased immediately. Railway Operations are not a research project, otherwise most Train services won't even exist.
