AyushGurudev~ 1173 blog postsAfter 20th July heavy reduction in SL coaches and increase in 3AC and 2AC. It looks like only 1 or 2 SL coaches will remain after 20th July. Only 26 seats SL quota E2E.

1) I can cite hundreds of instances where the current govt announced welfare schemes so that they want to win elections.
2) The trend of delaying passenger trains for the sake of freight has already started.SCR has not speeded up trains inspite of 130 MPS, look at the delay of trains in SECR and SER.
3) IR has no problem running luxury trains with huge losses and extending them but apparently the crowd which deserves subsidized travel have to compromise. Why don't they experiment cutting costs in these trains?

Agree Sir. I feel like Government is also starting to realize it's mistake now that elections are approaching. Was shocked to see new Coach Composition of SC GHY SF. 11 SL coaches!!! Hopefully we will continue to see some sane coach compositions.
As you explained for coromandal and other. Actually UPSK type trains not needed much AC coaches than SL class . In some section have only one dedicated trains then railway should not be extend more AC coaches in dedicated trains.
Railway should use standardization in only popular or busier routes .
