No it wouldn't the third platform is mostly present for passing trains cum freight. Would advise you to terminate it at Varanasi. You started the train with the desire to connect pilgrimage spots dedicated to Maa Durga. Wouldn't it be apt if you terminate it at a spot where she is the presiding deity too, in the form of Maa Annapurna ? She resides in Kashi with her full family there, so logically it would be a great terminating point for your train. Rest is your wish, after all it is your imaginary train :)
