in the website you have mentioned all the necessary quotas and why the os quota avaliability is not included as one of the agents gets ticket done under this quota so please try to update the quota in this website

Probably OS quota was in use when the reservation system was zone based. Now as anyone can book ticket of any pair of stations, this quota is not in use
will you plz explain your point more clearly?
