Due agitation at Dikom, road as well as train services are Blocked. Hence it is proposed to divert the route of 12423 Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express via Moranhat. One passenger special will run from New Tinsukia to Simaluguri to accomodate the enroute passengers of the train in the section.
