I faced this problem in ICF coaches.
While charging my phone, my phone's touch screen doesn't work in train.
Does the same problem occur in LHB coach?
And, does anyone's phone...

yes same problem is 3rd AC lhb coach even my 8gb ram hang ho raha tha
I don't remember exactly but some mobile was facing this issue in ICF (afaik). This incident maybe 5-6 years old so I don't remember clearly
I've faced this same problem in Bangalore Chennai Double decker and sanghamitra LHB coaches ..... The screen hanged during charging . As soon as I disconnected the charger from the charging socket , the screen was restored to normalcy .
I've seen this happen in ICF coaches. This doesn't happen in LHB coaches.
In an ICF coach, connect your charger to a power bank (if you have) and charge your phone using the power bank. The touchscreen will work fine.
