approx 5 seats I guess.....
I once calculated for 11043 Madurai Exp (which has 1 3A coach) and I found out:
33 GEN seats
8 Intermediate Quota (PQ) seats
16 Tatkal seats
2...
more...
LB quota seats
Total is thus 59/64 seats

So I suppos its 5 seats... not sure but... may be it varies from train to train. say Rajdhani will have more VIP quota seats and so on..
