if NCR does not discriminate then I have two cases :
1. 22857 almost 8 hrs delay chl rhi thi ALJN k paas 22857 ka stop tha ...aur 12873 almost 1 hr delay thi toh kaayede se 12873(12873 bas ALJN se 1 km peeche thi) ko aage nikalna chahiye tha ... jo ki nhi hua aur 22857 ki wajah se 12873 bhi late hui
2. 22405 ek din bahot late thi aur uske toh 2 halts bhi hain TDL , ALJN but fir bhi 12873 ko aage nhi niaka ......
