Panto Breakdown During 180 Kmph trial in Kota SWM Section of Kota Div WCR

160 Kmph ke baad Monsoon m kya hoga phir.. Normal OHE m ye haal h toh HRPT m toh next to impossible h
CB-613 Tripped at GQL/TSS for RDSO 180 kmph Trial train, Loco No.30086/GZB, PT-2 entangled with OHE at km no.944/21-25 between section Arnetha-Keshavraipatan (ARE-KPTN) due to heavy stormy weather causing 2 no. BT insulator with BT tube, steady arm and RT broken. Same secured by TRD Staff and cleared section by another panto. ,Major/Sec-KOTA-GGC, Minor/Sec-Arnetha-Keshavraipatan (ARE-KPTN) , Time-16.11-20.20 hrs ,Panto secured at 17.31 hrs, Power block-17.18-20.20 hrs. .At 16.00 hrs wind speed above 60 kmph memo given to control after alarm.
Iss se kaise fark padega.. Agar Panto Tej Hawa ki wajah se break ho rha h toh?
Tej hawa ki wajah se pantograph nahi tut rha, OHE hilti hai or kai bar Pantograph me ulajh jati hai. to dono hi damage ho jate hai.
