Offlink??? I mean does cross VSKP right??? Correct me if I'm wrong.....
offlink means that this train has not got the loco it usually is supposed to get
in this case SRC WAP4/VSKP WAP7 are the onlink, but since the train has a VSKP WAP4, it is considered to be an OFFLINK.

Once upon a time this train used to be my savior! Getting tickets in Falaknuma was a near impossibility, and if my travel dates didn't match up with the ACSF express, then I had to take East Coast! Great train, plentiful halts with even crazier slack timings :p
