Cutting time to a mere 3.5 hours is very optimistic thinking on the part of the paper media!
It should depart from ANVT in the morning and from DDN in the afternoon.
If it reaches Haridwar, DDN so late, 95% of tourists will not prefer VB.
Could be another flop VB from Delhi region.

Then why don't they cut the running time of Shatabdi from 6 hrs to 5 hrs avg 63kmh. Even with LR of 25 min it should complete the journey when VB can do in 4hrs. Already draft TT announced with 4.5hrs upto ANVT saving 10 mins to NDLS .
