coz LHB coaches are denoted with the letter "L" in the beginning ?

I think Goa express ko last year hi PC allot hue the along with other coaches which were given to Hampi/GG but since these two don't have PC they must be still available with SWR.
This time if they cancel LHB it will be a huge bloody mess coz revised CC bookings already updated on IRCTC from 15/06/2023 and this time also includes 3E so if they revert back now it will be utter chaos.

There is updation mistake because there is no ac in ICF pantry car so it's not possible with "WCBAC".
