Also situation is a little different now we actually have a LHB train at VSG CDO also LHB coaches are now there at VSG yard and Kalem railway station last time we had none of these stuff.

If this time they cancel they will create a big mess coz IRCTC already updated revised LHB data and CC in LHB is totally different than current ICF one. This will cause great discomfort to pax also when I travelled i clearly saw the ICF rakes was showing it's age coaches were clean but in SL coaches i saw the side tables were removed, few broken window panes and coach was vibrating terribly when train crossed 90kph.
Cleanliness has definitely improved compared to my last journey in February 2020 though but as usual the toilets were much better clean than the basin which some miscreants had filled with tobacco spit.
