Please divert via DUI/Dhuri-JHL/Jakhal-JIND/Jind-ROK/Rohtak between LDH/Ludhiana and NDLS. This route suffers from shortage of trains towards LDH. Let this route have weekly trains at least(if not daily ones).
UMB and PNP already have more than enough connections towards JAT/SVDK/NDLS. People can even take trains towards ASR/NDLS and get down LDH/NDLS to catch this train.

Another train not needed. Its just diversion between Ludhiana and New Delhi which skips Ambala and Panipat. Moreover railway board won't give approval to 2 trains via Delhi-Mumbai and Delhi-Amritsar/Pathankot/Jammu mainline which you've used for this train.
