Hello Indiarailinfo community. I need your help and suggestions as I am frustrated with IRCTC support. I recently updated my phone number on IRCTC to an international phone number and also paid the Rs. 100 + service charge fee. Now whenever I login, I am getting the same screen and not able to book train tickets or access previous bookings. I contacted IRCTC support but they are not understanding the issue and asking me to verify phone number by requesting OTP but since number is already verified, I am not getting option to request OTP. I need to cancel a train ticket (travel date in 1 week) and now I am stuck. Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Not sure what can be done if OTP is not coming. You can email irctc and tweet for their resolution.
The problem is my phone number and email is showing as verified. So I should be directly taken to page where you can start booking train ticket. But everytime I login, I am getting the same page as I attached in my original post.
Can you try logging in on IRCTC's app and check if it works or not ?
