My ticket in RAC, now can i get partial refund , as i got only half seat for the whole travel. Means if passenger has traveled in RAC, will he get partial refund?

well sir~ the first request...pls have a control over your language. this is an open forum
secondly when you had your reservation from kalyan, why did you board from cstm? the tte was in his rights to fine you. if you are against bribery you should have paid the full fine and asked for a receipt. instead you have paid bribe to save some money.
thirdly you are not forced to travel in rac. you will be allotted full refund(minus clerkage charges) if you opt not to travel. but if you travel and...
