I'm a frequent traveler of EC, 2A and 1A in Premium Trains. I haven't once traveled in Yuva, Garib Rath or Humsafar because I've left 3A since ages, I don't even consider that as an option and it's glorified Sleeper for all intents and purposes.
That doesn't mean I don't recognise the needs of people. You don't represent entire Mumbai, I've lived for years in Pune traveling through Mumbai and I have many relatives/friends doing so.

definitely not the last option, look at the bookings. They get into huge waitlist when Rajdhani Trains are going through RAC, they're LITERALLY the first ones to go. That's where "Research" helps. Had he or you booked a ticket in train once yourself after days of struggling, you wouldn't even be saying this right now.
Now I've no energy to argue, I'm okay with being misunderstood. I'm not going to repeat myself and I refuse to fix every disagreement I have with someone. I have priorities in life and you're simply not worth it. I've realised everyone will not hear you nor are they interested in hearing you and I'm okay with this.
