The manufacturing cost of train sets 80nos is 9600cr to be delivered in 6yrs as quoted during tender allotment. Couldn't understand how they arrived ar Rs 24,000cr.

Yes let's calculate per train set 14000cr for 35 yrs 400cr per year for 80 sets which is Rs 5cr for each set.
