Expected TT from July 2023 I don't have any idea but in ET NZM there is a scope for sufficient speed up with 130 MPS given.
Second i have seen people saying half of GS is for RMS is for RMS leaving only 1.5 GS for passengers so adding one more GS coach is badly needed.
