Reviewing Howrah Puri Vande Bharat Express honestly based on certain points.
This was my first Vande Bharat experience. My ticket was from HWH to KUR in CC. My seat was the middle one in the coach, i.e. I had my own table.

more... Comfort: Seats are comfortable and spacious. Leg-room is awesome. Jerks felt are very less.
2. Facilities: Charging sockets available below the seats- USB, 3-pin, 2-pin sockets are present. One thing disappointed me is that no bottle holders are present for the middle seats, i.e. where passengers sit face-to-face or the centre seats. Soap dispenser in one of the washrooms was not working.
3. Food: A+ quality food. Rail Neer was provided after departure from Howrah. Packaged Real Active Coconut Water was also being served (choice). After some time, morning Tea was served which included two oats cookies and a tea kit. I don't have Tea so I gave the Tea kit to my father who used it in his single cup of tea to make it flavourful.
Breakfast was served too early, by 7:15 am. Breakfast included 2 slices of bread, jam, butter, salt and pepper seasoning, fried potatoes, boiled peas and carrot, veg cutlet (for those who opted veg) and omlette (for those who opted non-veg), Winkies veg layered cake and a mango juice (I don't remember the brand).
After the breakfast, again tea is served but you can also opt for coffee. I took a coffee this time. A Chaizop brand powdered coffee mix is served. Just add it in hot water and mix well. A refreshing coffee is available.
4. Punctuality: Not much satisfied but controlling cannot be blamed (reason explained). Departed right time from Howrah, reached 3 minutes before time at Kharagpur. Arrived Balasore a whopping 11 minutes before time. Should be speeded up in this section by atleast 5 minutes. Stopped at Khantapara for 1-1.5 minutes. Accelerated till 130 and then again slowed down, and stopped, approaching the Bahanaga accident site. Was again halted for 2 minutes before the accident location. Slowly proceeded again at the speed of 5-7 kmph (this was the reason for delay). Reached Bhadrak delayed by 13 minutes, at JJKR, delayed by 11 minutes, again at Cuttack the delay was 13 minutes. At BBS, delay increased to 14 minutes. Arrived my destination KUR, delayed by 20 minutes. Due to end slack, the train reached Puri only 3 minutes late.
5. Staff: Staff is cooperating and friendly.
6. Cleanliness: Other trains of SRC depot may or may not be maintained nicely but VB is an issue of pride😂 so no issue of cleanliness.
7. Railfanning: If you like to listen to the tadak-tadak of trains, Vande Bharat isn't for you (and me as well). Crossings of 22895 are many but very less overtakes).
Overall the experience was wholesome.
