I have a II AC confirmed reservation in 20473/CHETAK EXPRESS.
Now the three seats are CNF/HA1/4/UPPER , CNF/HA1/3/LOWER
and CNF/HA1/5/LOWER
I'm unable to figure out how come seat no 5 will...

Yeah should be side lower.
Or if counted from side 1&2 then 3,4,5,6 should be a cabin.

It will be side lower for sure as icf ha coach have seats 19,20 as a coupe
Are such instances of incorrect seat position on the issued ticket common ? I have never come across in my experience
Seen such cases in Garib Rath train because of 9 seats per bay but not in normal SF.
Once my LB mentioned on ticket in Garibrath turned out to be SLB in train
