You can ask for some weeklies from Kolkata to cover RNC as well,
DHN-BRKA-MESR-RNC-LAD-TORI instead of DHN-BRKA-TORI directly.
That is the only way RNC will have some trains, political power in Jharkhand is very less.
Unless Dhanbad, Ranchi, Chakradharpur divisions are clubbed under a single zone, condition in jharkhand simply won't improve !
