Can some expert confirm if the IR can just convert 110 MPS section into 130 MPS by changing signal from Absolute to automatic ?
so , why aren't they changing BSB-CNB section to 130 and even more when they are laying new stretch why not come with 130 MPS only

All new doublings are being done with keeping 130 in mind.
So most of NER tracks are almost ready for 130 , only thing is that they don't have auto signalling, that's why they limited to 110
