Why SECR isn't starting direct train to mumbai from durg bilaspur and raipur any idea please reply

that i know but secr has started few trains for south north east but not for mumbai
i hope someday railway minister announces a seprate dedicated frieght corridor for SECR from nagpur to kharagpur
