No need only route should be divert between BSB to Lko Via SLN .. of some trains Via Ayodhya, Barabanki,LJN, Aishbagh after that ene to end NER BSB TO LJN Via Ayodhya Lord Rama Birth Place

Yes LKO NR can be divided into two(split and merge in b/w LJN and BSBS) this can solve the LKO congestion issue forever.So much clashes has ruined further development and NR can be given IZN to solve the same problem in Bareilly and as a compensation

I think NER IZN might be one of the poorest zones in India. I can't even recall one big station name thay falls under it.
Also it gets heavily ignored by Gorakhpur

Varanasi is a div hq but not of NR, it is div hq of NER.
While bsb station is under jurisdiction of NR under the territory of lko div

IZN division is also poor in terms or station development, New long distance trains. Even after 9 years of GC BEM, Ujhani don't have a train to National capital and State capital. I understand Gauge conversion is not completed yet at least They can provide a direct train to Lucknow via KSJ.
