No point in JS been overtaken by VB. Current VB departure is correct, otherwise it might happen that it will trail JS for some portion.

1 thing can be done, I guess in JS, it has a halt at Tumkur, so time the VB in such a way that JS stands at Tumkur for maybe 10mins, and in that 10mins, within a min or 2 the VB will cross Tumkur and doing so, this won't disturb the run of JS and cause delays....

SWR is not so proactive. For an OT to happen at Tumkur, they ll stop the first train at Tumkur as soon as the second train departs YPR.
