Namaste all. Need your advise. Booked 4 months advance journey 1ac from Prayagraj to Delhi and status is rlwl1 to 6 in Tejas Raj. PNR predictions are favoring seat confirmation but still confused. Should I book a backup in Shiv Ganga? Why are the seat availabilities so low in all ac1 in Rajdhanis and other expresses. Doesn't help that the trip is so close to Diwali. We need 6 tickets and no train has 6 available. Whats the cost if I cancel a non confirmed/confirmed ticket after chart prep? Thanks a lot in advance. So glad I found this community!

Prayagraj Jn doesn't have quota marked in 1A for 12309 Tejas Rajdhani Express. Chances of confirmation for RLWL 1 - 6 are very minute. For 6 persons, opt for 12417 Prayagraj Express. It is showing available in 1A. If you still want to travel by 12309, book from PNBE to NDLS and change Boarding Point to PRYJ.
