Through which method, the railway officers of ECR/DNR division (like CPTM, ECR, Dy.COM,ECR, COM/PCOM, ECR, ADRM(O), ADRM(I) etc.) got to know that there is public demand to run a MEMU between Fatuha - Hilsa and Hilsa - Fatuha?

3. Kindly attach / provide that survey report which shows that it was considered as a valid document for gathering information about public demand for this FUT-HIL-FUT MEMU train.
