Friends, I am traveling by train tomorrow morning and I need the ticket print out. But for some reason IRCTC site is not even loading. DO you know what is the issue...is there any other ways we can get to my booked history.

send an email to care@irctc.co.in with the email id registered at irctc account. within few minutes you will get a complaint no.via email in return. call irctc with that number and they will mail you the ecopy of your tkt. even if you dont have the tkt you can board the train with original id card and tte will create an eft of rs.50 and issue a duplicate ticket.
